# Buwán Ng Wikà is Almost Over... But Tonight It's Bilóg Ang Buwán (Full Moon)

Today, I'd like to bring the phrase: 

> Bilóg ang buwán (full moon)

*Bilóg* means round; *buwán* means month or moon. '*Bilóg ang buwán*' can be translated as "round is the moon" but Filipino natives simply use this phrase to express the cycle of time we call 'full moon'. 

*Bilóg na namán ang buwán.* (It's full moon once again.) 

I keep track of the phases of the moon because I'm a gardener at times. It's been 5 years since I started gardening in our yard: front and back, but lately I found it helpful to synchronize my sets of tasks with the phases of the moon. 

What I mean to say is that: 

Time is running fast! 

I only have this full moon and another one after 29 days for my sun-loving plants to thrive. Summer will wave bye-bye soon.

I'd wait for another planting season next year.

## A Tagalog Teacher and A Gardener Wrapped in One

Isn't it funny if I tell you that **I'm a gardener in two parallel worlds**? 

First, I'm a gardener in Aralín World: the online space. Aralin World is where I teach Tagalog. I've been teaching for 7 years now. **I'm tending the Aralin World garden, that's the fact**. This garden is more than just teaching. It's running a business while not losing my sanity. 

I'm more of a **master gardener in online Tagalog** than the other one: the soil gardening. 

I love doing both. Both are not easy to do. They both don't give me an overnight success, but both give me wisdom. Both give me a space to grow as a person. Both give me opportunities **to express myself**. 

That is, to create and then to serve. 

## Albine of Aralin World Is Creating A New Cycle

I may have some hiccups or my light seems not shining on some occasions. I, as a teacher or a gardener is like the *buwán*. I have many phases as well, and that's beautiful. 

Lately, I've **pushed the button to create more and to serve more**. Thanks for not going anywhere else. Once again, welcome to Aralin World! I honor you.

My idea of this new cycle could be simple but meaningful. I can pick up what I've left off (e.g., series of Tagalog lessons). However, I've plans of connecting with you **like no other human beings have tried**. I can promise you more intimate conversations and I encourage you to reciprocate because... 

You are part of my world. 

Not superficial, not mechanical, but totally high touch.
