What Materials Will I Need?
To facilitate successful learning, you should have access to the following:

- A non-proprietary third party video call app like Jitsi Meet or Big Blue button.
- Strong Internet connection.
- A good working microphone.

What Are My Learning Outcomes?
As a beginner in Tagalog, we'll work together so that you'll be able to:
- Build essential vocabulary words;
- Speak simple phrases or sentences and pronounce them satisfactorily;
- Acquire elementary level of Tagalog communication skills;
- Say basic introductions and answer questions about personal details; and
- Acquire elementary knowledge on the use of articles, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, and other essential parts of speech.
Level 2: Intermediate Level In Tagalog
What Are My Learning Outcomes?
Upon completion you'll be able to:
1. Pronounce Tagalog words accurately, with correct stress, number of syllables and other correct nuances of pronunciation;
2. Use appropriate verb tenses and correct parts of speech;
3. Acquire sufficient range of vocabulary and use them with their correct meaning;
4. Describe, in simple terms, aspects of his/her past, environment and matters related to his/her immediate needs and perform routine tasks requiring basic exchanges of information;
5. Deal with most daily life situations in the country where the language is spoken; and
6. Describe experiences, dreams and ambitions and give brief reasons for opinions and goals.
