1. Tutoring Sessions (Tagalog Language Online Classes)
1.1. Non-Refundable Policy: Our tutoring programs are structured as a series of meet-ups, as specified in each offer. All sales for tutoring sessions are non-refundable; however, we stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
1.2. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your learning experience, you may request a full refund within 90 days from your first session.
1.3. Booking & Rescheduling:
1.3.1. Students must book appointments through this site's Booking Page.
1.3.2. Appointments are accepted within 36 hours upon booking.
1.3.3. If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 24 hours before the confirmed session at no extra charge.
1.3.4. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a scheduled session and did not reschedule in advance, the session is considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
2. Digital Products (Tagalog Grammar Worksheets, and Learning Tools)
2.1. All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is made.
2.2. If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at tagalogwithalbine@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
